International Phone Card Guide

ATT calling plans allow to ring up a phone all over the world with a calling card dialing a preregulated number (usually Toll-Free). It is not without a cost, like some Voice over Internet carriers claim, but the quality is fantastic and you doen't have to be on-line to make calls. Give it a try!
